Kelli Bernier, NP-C

Beginning her career in the fast-paced environment of the emergency department, Kelli developed a solid foundation in critical care and acute medical situations. Mary Karner, MAOL, BSN, RN

Mary is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 11 years of experience in nursing care and leadership. With an extensive background in emergency medicine, primary care, and psychiatric care, Mary brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the practice.

In addition to her Bachelor's in Nursing, Mary also completed a Master's in Organizational Leadership, further enhancing her skill set. Armed with this comprehensive education, she seamlessly transitioned into leadership roles, taking on the challenge of managing medical practices. Her dynamic approach to leadership, coupled with a deep commitment to patient well-being, has contributed significantly to the success of the practices under her guidance.

Recognizing the critical need for specialized mental health care, Mary made the strategic decision to help establish North Star Wellness. She continues to draw on her clinical acumen and leadership skills to create a collaborative, patient-centric environment.
